About the Role
We are currently seeking an HR Administrator who will support the People & Culture Department by performing a variety of HR related tasks.
Assist with recruitment by inviting candidates to interviews and liaising with recruiting managers over arrangements.
Collect all necessary monthly payroll data.
Manage the additions, deletions and editing of employees’ data in the HR system.
Manage the medical insurance additions and deletions.
Maintain employees’ folders with all required documents
All other HR tasks requested by line manager.
2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Degree in HR or Business Administration
Fluent in English and Arabic
