About the Role

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about our services. The overarching goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction on the phone, in writing, and in person.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage incoming calls, electronic and written inquiries regarding orders and service and ensure prompt, courteous and accurate responses.

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction.

  • Investigate customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, alternatives and/or follow-up on resolutions.

  • Set up new customer accounts.

  • Create and process work orders for service additions or change requests.

  • Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints and actions taken.

  • Create a day to day, weekly, bi-weekly and end of month reports for sales and management

  • Data entry in CRM and any portal Softwares used by the company

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic

  • Experienced with Customer Sales/Customer Support dialogues on phone and via internet & social media,chats.

  • Ability to multitask, coordinate, and prioritize the sales administration work

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Preferably with CRM knowledge (Zoho, Sales Force and etc.)

  • Preferably with minimum two years experience in Sales/Customer experience in contact centres.
