About the Role
We are currently seeking a talented and professional individual who has experience in Customer Care to join our team. Your main responsibilities as a Customer Care Agent will be to engage with our customers via the phone and chats to assist them with service inquires. To excel in this role, you should be comfortable speaking to customers from different backgrounds, able to problem solve, and gather information and respond in a timely manner.
The Customer Care Agent will be a key role to help support the company’s service fulfilment promise and directly responsible for creating and managing communications on service inquires in a fast-growing environment.
• Must be Saudi National.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in customer service or related functions.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated Communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Willing to work morning (9-5) and evening (2-10) shifts Monday-Thursday.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills.
